Beneath the character statistics on the character scoresheet are the three vital statistics of the player: Their Health, Mental Action points, and Physical Action Points.
Health: 100/100 [10]Mental Action: 100/100 [10]Physical Action: 100/100 [10]
Health Points determine how much damage your character can take before being killed in combat.
Mental Action Points determine how much concentration your character can put towards a certain mental task. Mental Action Points are used for tasks such as healing, priming explosives, repairing toasters, and certain combat maneuvers.
Physical Action Points determine how much stamina your character has as well as the flexibility your character has in combat. It is used for movement on the map, as well as combat moves such as maul, burst, and others.
The number on the far right represents the level of that vital, how much your character has trained the vital to. Generally, the higher that number is, the better. Vitals can exceed STEM, so train up!
To increase a vital statistic, a player needs to find a trainer, and level that vital stat. Guilds often have trainers, and librarians are also often trainers. There are some other Non-guild affiliated trainers, but these are few and far in between.
