Troubled youth and current acting leader of the Badland Originals, not much is known about Oura.
Standing at a looming 5'9, and weighing an incredible 160 lbs, this man does not exactly have the most intimidating physique in all the wastes. His hair, while mostly obscured by a hellish looking cowboy hat, is pulled back in a some what greasey and knotted pony tail while being secured with a simple strip of black leather. His face is almost feminine in nature, delicate and pointed. This fact is only slightly off set by the pair of massive scraggly mutton chops that frame it. Several scars adorn the right side of his face, a particularly nasty one dissapearing underneath his hat. Two simple silver rings hang casually from either corner of his lower lip in what was once known as a “snake bite” fashion.
His attire is an odd mash up of old western cowboy meets modern punk ganger. He wears a leather jacket, if you could still call it that. It’s sleeves have been hacked off, and numerous gang patches and other modifications cover the whole thing creating some what of a remarkable piece of art. A rag tag gathering of leather belts and harnesses hang from his hip, forming a home made tactical rig of sorts. Tight raggy blue jeans cling for dear life to his thighs and look as though they might burst apart at any given moment. They give way to a pair of knee high combat boots that have also been decked out in menacing spikes and sport a rather flamboyant fiery pattern. Large metal spurs have been literally bolted on to the heals, looking like they aren’t particularly intended for use on a horse.
This man carries himself in a somewhat odd manner considering the ganger scum he is. He stands erect, his amber irises glaring out with a malign intent as they survey everything in the surroundings. His composure is more akin to a business man than that of a hell bound marauder. An almost comical fact considering the radical fashion statment that his attire makes.
