Unbeknownst to him, many great prophetic powers are his; no doubt what pre-war terminology dictates as medicine and prescience.
A self-proclaimed man of God he declares himself in direct connection with an omnipotent power, and uses this as an excuse to preform many great and abominable things.
All in the name of God.
To those struggling in the wasteland, his gifts and blessings are but another reason to uprise and spur another war. A jihad.
To those who do not struggle, his gifts and blessings to the less fortunate are a plague, everywhere he goes he brings with him a long lasting record of chaos.
