Mostly known for having created the Spetsnaz, but in its previous incarnation before Viktor took over, the Spetsnaz had blue berets, several helicopters that could teleport you anywhere, a start up fund of $10,000, Rocket Propelled Grenades in it’s guild market, and an entire hidden village of chinese and russian people. It was quite strange.
Mao had a quest to recover his little red book which you received from Mao. He would drive you to the site of a military silo, where you had to fight mobs all the way down to the deepest part of the silo, facing off eventually with The General, who had kept the book in his wall-safe. This silo and its inhabitants eventually became The Warriors.
