Brennan’s working on the backstory. Patience!
The Las Vegas Families are a collective of criminal families in Las Vegas who have ruled over Las Vegas for generations since the bombs fell. They are petty and infighting, and that is the primary reason why they have not expanded their influence outside Las Vegas for the last two generations or so. However, at the base level, they instinctively know that too much fighting would lead to their own destruction. The Las Vegas Families keep a tense alliance with each other, with fighting between factions erupting in the streets of Las Vegas occasionally.
In recent times the Families have mostly been united by the minor Falcone Family. As not much information goes in or out of Las Vegas, it is unclear how the Falcone Family has risen to the top against all other families. Las Vegas has also fallen strangely silent, and word on the street is that they’re consolidating their power before attempting to expand their influence on the wastes.
