Darwin Village is a harsh town built up around a defunct military base. The town is surrounded by heavy radiation and filled with ghoulish mutants, tough citizens, and an even tougher police force. A black market has developed here, providing the locals with the heavy ordinance they need to protect themselves from the creatures and cops alike.
Recently, a salvager has uncovered the Darwin Genetic Research laboratory. The building is rumored to be full of even worse horrors than the town.
