The Brain Fiend is a mutant known only for its disgusting appearance - that of a giant human brain.
The origin of the Brain Fiend is not mentioned, though they have appeared in Wasteland before. They are extremely aggressive and are known to attack anything that moves (which means you). They are found in the scorching and temperate region of Death Valley.

It's jelly-like skin is a bright green color and is covered by athick, sticky, transparent slime. Two stalks protrude from either frontal"lobe" of the creature, ending with two small, lidded, obsidian orbs that arelikely the creatures eyes. From the base of the head of the creature protrudesa two-feet long, thick tail with which it propels itself and five thin,three-feet-long tendrils. The tendrils are strong enough to support their ownweight and end in a sharp, hard point with a sphincter set adjacent to thepoint.
